Welcome to Seafront Apartment Kavala.
By accessing or using our website (seafrontapartmentkavala.com) and making a booking with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before completing a reservation.

1. General Information

These terms apply to all bookings made directly through our website, by phone, or via email.
Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb) are subject to their respective terms and policies.

2. Booking & Payment

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from us.
• For direct bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.
• Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card (where available), or cash upon check-in.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request and subject to availability.

4. Cancellation Policy

• • 30 days prior to arrival
    A full refund shall be granted.
    One hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid will be refunded.
    The refundable amount is calculated exclusively based on the total payment received at the time of cancellation.

  • 15 days prior to arrival
    A partial refund shall be granted.
    Fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid will be refunded.
    The refundable amount is calculated exclusively based on the total payment received at the time of cancellation.

  • 7 days prior to arrival or less
    Any cancellation made within this period shall be considered non-refundable.

  *No refunds shall be issued for this reservation under any circumstances. This includes, without limitation, cancellations made after the applicable deadline, no-show cases, early departures, or any unused nights or services, regardless of the reason.

  **Guests who have booked through Airbnb should refer to the cancellation terms set by Airbnb.

5. Use of the Property

• The apartment is intended for accommodation purposes only.
• Guests must respect the property, furniture, and neighbors during their stay.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors but is permitted on the balcony.
• Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Any damage caused to the property or its contents must be reported immediately and may incur additional charges.

6. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure your comfort and safety, Seafront Apartment Kavala cannot be held liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during your stay.
• Temporary interruptions in utilities such as water, electricity, or internet beyond our control.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your information is used solely for booking and communication purposes.

8. Website Use

All content on this website (text, images, and design) is the property of Seafront Apartment Kavala.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of materials is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kavala, Greece.
